Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or property damage within the residential community.
Collaborate with residents, visitors, and property management to address concerns and provide helpful information.
Document and communicate any incidents or observations to Allied Universal management and/or site supervisors as required.
Maintain a professional presence while representing Allied Universal at the location.
