Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least two years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access points at the residential location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Provide customer service by assisting residents, guests, and vendors with inquiries and directions as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious activities observed while on duty.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain visibility.
Collaborate with on-site staff and/or emergency responders as needed during emergencies or incidents.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by the site.
