As a Security Officer - Residential Concierge in Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess guard card.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information through proper communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or property-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and resident traffic, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Support a professional presence at the location by following post orders, completing assigned reports, and communicating with supervisors, residents, and/or local responders when needed.
