As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols support a sense of comfort for clients and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support clients and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.
