About The Position

This position will be required to alternate between the Main Hospital Campus and the Behavioral Health Campus. Protects life and property of all persons on Genesis HealthCare System property. Must be knowledgeable of Genesis policy/procedures. Works in tandem with other departments/employees to work out problems and find solutions to patient, visitor and staff needs. As needed, will cross-fill the Patient Access Associate position, which is responsible for greeting patients/family members and obtaining demographic, clinical, financial and insurance information in the process of registering patients for service delivery.
