Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring front desk activity, and assisting visitors, associates, and vendors with access-related questions.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, issuing badges or credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
Answer phones, receive deliveries, and support front desk operations by documenting activity, relaying information, and following post orders for security-related matters.
