Job Description As a Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a government location. You will interact with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with all individuals on site. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining composure under pressure.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation authority property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and assist individuals as needed within the government transportation environment.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when required, following established protocols.
Complete detailed reports and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
