Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Meet state and/or local licensing requirements prior to employment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (for driving positions).

- An armed guard card or license is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or local law enforcement when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including the lobby, office areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or access authorization as required by site policies, and report suspicious persons, packages, or events.
- Support cash handling and other sensitive operational areas through visible presence, adherence to post orders, and timely communication regarding security-related concerns or changing conditions.
