About The Position

The position involves ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members while protecting property assets. The role requires a commitment to guest service in accordance with company standards and involves various responsibilities related to monitoring and responding to incidents within the casino environment.

Requirements

• Must be minimally 21 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to learn other Security specific programs.
• Strong attention to detail when examining guest identification and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Assist in transporting money, gaming chips, and other items as necessary.
• Respond to guest and team member incidents with professionalism.
• Check guest IDs to ensure proper age for casino access.
• Evaluate guest's behavior for possible signs of intoxication.
• Monitor ingress and egress of the casino.
• Patrol internal and external premises on foot or by company vehicle.
• Check for safety hazards in all public and back-of-house areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
