Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced automotive location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication, respond to issues as they arise, and document activity while working with a team that values integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Requirements

Have 1+ years of security experience.
Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be 21+ years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive facility.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, entry points, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders.
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and direct employees, contractors, and drivers according to site procedures.
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff.
