Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, accountable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License and clean driving record required.
• Intermediate computer and technology skills needed.
• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve site goals.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external foot and mobile patrols throughout the shift.
• Check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons.
• Interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests.
• Ensure compliance with access control protocols and turn away unauthorized visitors.
• Complete daily activity reports and logs using handheld devices and computers.
• Respond to emergency situations with effective judgment and appropriate escalation if required.
