About The Position

Reports to the Chief of Public Safety to ensure that all policies and procedures pertaining to the Security and Safety of the Hospital and its patients, visitors, and employees are followed. To assist in creating an efficient and effective program for the best interest of patients, visitors, employees, and hospital property. Requirements

High School Graduate / GED
No Travel Required
Minimum Experience: 6-12 months of Security/Police related experience preferred.
Military background preferred.

Responsibilities

Exposed to outside weather conditions.
Requires judgment/action in emergency situations
Responsible for the physical security of the building.
Coordinate any emergency situation during his/her shift.
Monitor video cameras in the Security Office.
Any other duties which may be assigned by the Director of Public Safety or Shift Supervisor
