Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries to help to deter disruptions and support authorized site operations.
• Support security-related screenings, badge checks, and/or incident documentation while maintaining awareness of busy logistics and distribution activity across the location.
