As a Security Officer - Front Desk Driver in Woonsocket, RI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting with access control while maintaining a welcoming presence. Your role will involve monitoring entry points, responding to security-related incidents, and providing excellent customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, staff, and guests at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and/or identification of individuals entering the premises.
- Assist with visitor sign-in and sign-out processes, maintaining accurate records as required by site protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
- Support Allied Universal and client management in maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment at the location.
- Assist with the implementation and communication of site-specific security-related policies and procedures.
