As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for guests, residents, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, residents, and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and condominium property, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, supporting evacuation or other procedures in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site instructions.
Document and report incidents, observations, and/or maintenance issues encountered during patrols, maintaining accurate records as required by site procedures.
Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as directed, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
