Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, if required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas, lobbies, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity to help to deter unauthorized entry and support established site protocols for a technology-focused location.
- Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, observations, and unusual activity, and assist with routine security-related checks of doors, gates, and other access control points.
