Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a secure environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Requirements

Experience in customer service is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking lots, trailer yards, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries, supporting site protocols for credentials, visitor processing, and/or vehicle access.
Observe operating conditions across the location and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
