Requirements

• Possess 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols and restricted area requirements.
• Support badge checks, visitor processing, and incident reporting while maintaining a visible presence and providing professional assistance across the location.
