Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and support access activities and site needs. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor logs, and help support authorized access for personnel, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with location policies.
• Observe workplace conditions and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy concerns that could impact operations or require follow-up by the appropriate site representative.
