As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors with strong customer service, communicate clearly, document observations, and respond to concerns while supporting daily operations. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies, ATM areas, offices, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Control access by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or authorization as required, and directing visitors to appropriate areas.
• Complete required reports and logs, communicate notable activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision, and assist with security-related administrative tasks as assigned.
