About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Sentinel in Fremont, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Requirements

Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries while following site protocols for screening, identification, and reporting.
Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations, and by providing clear communication during shifts, incidents, and post orders updates.
