Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior, restricted area violations, and/or policy concerns in accordance with post instructions.
• Support security-related operations within an aero and defense location by maintaining awareness of controlled areas, following post orders, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or operational irregularities.
