Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
Be willing to meet hospital vaccine requirements.
Be willing to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
Be able to restrain individuals when required in a hospital setting.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while communicating with staff and/or first responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including hallways, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or conditions.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior by monitoring entry points, verifying access as directed, and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports, and relay relevant information during shift changes and to site leadership as appropriate.
