About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of experience as a security-related supervisor/manager or 3+ years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, contractor, and/or delivery access, and report discrepancies according to site policies.
Support incident reporting, access control, and/or traffic management functions while following post orders and client-directed protocols for a manufacturing and industrial environment.
