Join Allied Universal in an unarmed patrol role at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols.
- Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or operational issues observed during patrols or post duties to the appropriate site representative in a timely manner.
