Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a prominent financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a professional environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach while serving as a reliable presence for employees and visitors.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location, including lobbies, offices, entry points, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and/or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions within the location.
Support day-to-day operations by communicating with staff and management, assisting with security-related inquiries, and completing required reports with attention to detail.
