Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, distribution areas, parking locations, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe vehicle and foot traffic, and verify that visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel follow site access requirements.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by reporting damaged property, open doors, lighting issues, and/or other suspicious or unusual activity observed during patrols.
