Security Officer - Patrol Driver Financial Site
About The Position
As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Financial Site in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and visitor flow while delivering customer-focused service and clear communication to staff and guests. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in line with Allied Universal driver policy, backed by a caring, agile, and integrity-driven team.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity and/or customer concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of lobbies, entrances, ATM areas, parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
- Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with queuing and directions, and report maintenance or facility issues observed during patrols through the appropriate channels.
- Complete patrol logs, incident reports and shift communications, and coordinate with site management and/or public responders when needed.
