As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in an aero and defense location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and a visible presence. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Observe and report suspicious activities and/or persons within the area.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and relevant observations as required by Allied Universal.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as assigned.
