As a Security Officer Patrol Documentation in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Possess 5 or more years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site leadership according to established procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, amenities areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points, guest-facing areas, and high-traffic locations to help to deter unauthorized entry, assist with directions, and/or support a professional atmosphere.
  • Document incidents, disturbances, and policy-related concerns in a clear and timely manner, and communicate relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or location contacts.
