Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to each shift.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior and exterior areas, including production, storage, parking, and perimeter locations, helping to identify and report potential concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, reporting maintenance and security-related issues, and assisting with orderly movement of people and/or vehicles on the property.
