About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience through strong communication and customer service. Guided by a caring culture and teamwork, you will bring reliability, integrity, and innovation to each shift while helping create a positive environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and/or reporting details as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces.
Monitor for unusual behavior, access concerns, and/or policy violations to help support order at the location and help to deter unwanted activity.
Assist visitors, customers, and store personnel with questions, directions, and/or security-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence.
