As an unarmed patrol officer in a fast-paced media and technology location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a media and technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, production-related spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials, observing visitor movement, and following site protocols for deliveries, contractors, and/or after-hours access.
