As a Security Officer Patrol Compliance in Round Rock, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with authorized entry procedures and related security-related concerns.
- Support day-to-day operations by completing assigned reports, noting maintenance or life protection concerns, and/or following post orders for unarmed patrol coverage.
