Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage processing location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production-adjacent areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and/or vendor access as directed by site policies, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues.
Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance when needed, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident records in a timely manner.
