Requirements

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting employees, visitors, and contractors, verifying credentials, and following site-specific access procedures for a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor lobby and entry activity, manage visitor check-in and sign-out processes, and help support security-related protocols for deliveries, guests, and vendor arrivals.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
Maintain accurate front desk logs, reports, and records related to access activity, visitor management, and other security-related events in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
Support site operations by answering questions, directing foot traffic, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent application of post orders and client-facing service standards.
