As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will provide customer-focused assistance to team members and visitors, document observations, and communicate clearly to support site operations. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to client personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calling for assistance, documenting observations, and communicating updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor access points and movement of people and vehicles, checking identification and/or delivery paperwork as directed by site procedures, and reporting irregularities.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, including shift logs, patrol activity, and observations of hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy concerns for follow-up.
