As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will observe and report unusual activity, support access control, and respond to requests with professional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, lobbies, stairwells, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
  • Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, manage sign-in processes, and report irregularities per site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical events, alarms, suspicious activity, and/or disruptions, while notifying site contacts and/or public responders as required.
  • Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership, and assist with investigations by preserving observations and available information.
