As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site teams, document observations, and respond to concerns with a customer-service mindset. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unsafe conditions.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, checking credentials, and directing visitors, contractors, and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating with site contacts, and documenting actions taken.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, monitor alarms and/or cameras when assigned, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
