As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, support access control, document observations, and communicate concerns with professionalism and respect. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and security-related procedures and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, policy violations, and unusual activity through the proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or theft.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor credentials as required, assist with vehicle and delivery check-in procedures, and help to control entry into restricted areas.
• Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate key information to site leadership and oncoming personnel.
