Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access activity with professionalism. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading and unloading zones, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, helping to support authorized access and the orderly flow of people and vehicles at the location.
Observe site conditions and report hazards, maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner.
