Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access activity, interact with employees and visitors, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
X-ray screening experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate to a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor the movement of visitors, drivers, and/or contractors entering and leaving the location, following post orders and screening procedures for a patrol-oriented unarmed post.
Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by observing shipment areas, reporting damaged gates, doors, fencing, and/or lighting issues, and communicating security-related incidents according to site policy.
