Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Monitor front desk access, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and direct employees, guests, and vendors in accordance with site protocols.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or local authorities when appropriate.
Support lobby and reception operations by maintaining visitor logs, issuing access materials when required, and reporting security-related concerns or maintenance issues to the appropriate contact.
Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent application of front desk procedures.
