Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests and staff at the front desk by following site-specific, security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities.
• Greet and screen visitors, manage sign-in processes, issue temporary credentials when directed, and coordinate access with store leadership.
• Monitor entry and exit activity from the front desk, support loss prevention awareness, and help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete shift activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a high-end retail location.
