Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, offices, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site policies, and assist with directing employees, guests, and vendors within the location.
Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with site contacts, and following post orders related to financial institution protocols and confidentiality expectations.
