You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, complete detailed reports, and communicate clearly with team members and site contacts. Bring customer service skills and integrity as you support a caring, agile, and reliable team. A valid driver’s license meeting AU Driver Policy requirements is required.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for a food and beverage production and distribution location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information through the appropriate channels.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, docks, parking lots, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
  • Support access control activities such as monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or credentials as directed by post orders, and directing visitors, vendors, and drivers to the proper check-in areas.
  • Complete required reports and logs, communicate status updates to supervisors and site contacts, and assist with basic security-related administrative tasks as assigned.
