As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate officer activity, manage radio and phone communications, support incident reporting, and help keep operations running smoothly. You will track patrol coverage, respond to service requests, and provide professional customer service to tenants and visitors. Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor and dispatch responses to alarms, access control events, CCTV activity, and incoming calls by coordinating with on-site personnel and/or local responders as directed by post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, prioritizing calls for service, and providing clear directions to officers and/or management.
• Complete timely, accurate security-related reports and dispatch logs, including incident documentation, shift activity summaries, and communication records.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance issues to appropriate contacts.
