Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and/or other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions that may impact operations or property.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas such as lobbies, vestibules, and corridors and exterior areas such as parking lots and perimeter doors, as permitted by site policy.
- Monitor access points and customer areas for unusual activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and support orderly traffic flow during peak hours and special situations.
- Complete security-related reports and activity logs, communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or dispatch, and document incidents according to site procedures.
