About The Position

Hotel Phoenix at Centennial Yards is an independent luxury boutique hotel dedicated to delivering authentic hospitality and creating a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates. We are seeking a reliable Overnight Security Agent to oversee hotel safety during overnight hours. This role requires independence, sound judgment, and the ability to respond to emergencies efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in security, law enforcement, or similar field preferred.
• Strong decision-making, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Flexible availability, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Security license or ability to obtain one if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the hotel property throughout the overnight shift.
• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access points to ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to overnight guest and staff incidents.
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports for review by management.
• Assist with emergency situations, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security threats.
• Coordinate with day shift security and engineering teams to ensure continuity.
