Job Description As a Security Officer - Dispatch Operations in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will monitor alarm panels, manage access control systems, and provide prompt, customer-focused responses to incidents. Your role helps to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and attentive communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid are preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate communications for the location, dispatching security-related personnel as needed to incidents and routine activities.
Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, keeping accurate records of communications and actions taken.
Maintain logs of all incoming and outgoing calls, radio transmissions, and other communications.
Support security-related patrols by relaying information and providing updates to personnel in the field.
Assist with access control measures by monitoring entry points and coordinating with on-site staff as required.
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence through communication and oversight.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to address security-related concerns and support operational needs.
